Complaint
Description: On or about September 26, 2023 Plaintiff was about to leave his residence when he encountered a known vagrant attempting to break in. The vagrant swung bolt cutters at Plaintiff, who blocked it with the vagrant's bag of burglary tools. Plaintiff then ran to the nearby 77th Precinct and informed POs. POs instructed him to return home and call 911. After Plaintiff protested, POs, including PO Deidre Defreitas who had been the subject of previous complaints, accompanied Plaintiff back to his residence and observed the damaged door and security system.
