Description: Plaintiff helped his friend Desiree after her purse was stolen by an unknown man. Plaintiff was able to retrieve the purse for Desiree and they were walking away when a police vehicle stopped Desiree and later stopped Plaintiff and his friend and asked the Plaintiff if he had the unknown man's cell phone. Once Desiree came outside and handed Officer Vargas the phone, he told the Plaintiff that he "had to take somebody" and arrested him. Plaintiff was charged with Robbery in the Third Degree which was later dismissed.
