Description: On or about November 12, 2013, Plaintiff was in the passenger seat of his acquaintance, Michael Guzman's vehicle. Defendant officers pulled behind the vehicle where Plaintiff was sitting, exited, and approached. Defendant officers ordered Plaintiff and Mr. Guzman out of the vehicle and immediately commenced to search Plaintiff and the vehicle. When Plaintiff protested verbally, he was grabbed by the neck, slammed against the vehicle, and punched about the face and head. Thereafter, Plaintiff was handcuffed, arrested, and transported to a nearby precinct without probable cause, even though Plaintiff did not commit any crime or violation of the law.
