Complaint
Description: Defendant officers approached Plaintiff and his friend while they were standing on the street, asked for ID, and arrested Plaintiff saying he had a warrant by the US Marshals. Plaintiff was taken to the 44th Precinct where officers realized he was not the right person and gave him a summons for Dis Con, which was later dismissed. As Mr. Baldwin was released, an NYPD officer informed him that the person who was wanted was already in custody.

Description: Plaintiff was on the street talking with a friend when Defendant Officers, accused them of being loud, and asked for ID. Plaintiff was arrested and brought to the 44th precinct because officers claimed he had a warrant. The warrant was not for Plaintiff but he was held at the precinct and given a summons for Disorderly Conduct which was later dismissed.
