Plaintiff, who has cancer and heart conditions, was handcuffed, denied medical attention, and taken to the 25th precinct. Description: On June 6, 2012, defendants began banging on the door of the plaintiff's apartment. Plaintiff's brother opened the door and defendants forced their way into the apartment. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and dragged plaintiff into the kitchen of her apartment. Plaintiff's bedroom was then searched without permission or authority. Defendant Bliss then demanded to know where Plaintiff's babies were located. Plaintiff stated that she did not have any babies. Plaintiff was then arrested, handcuffed and transported to the 25th precinct. All charges brought against plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.

Description: On November 13, 2011, Plaintiff Carrasco was leaving a baby shower when NYPD officer defendants arrived and began aggressively brutalizing Plaintiff and his family and friends. A defendant office said "handcuff that bitch" and Plaintiff Carrasco was violently handcuffed and put in a police vehicle. Plaintiff Maynard, after finding out what happened at the baby shower, arrived at the precinct, where he observed one his friends, who was handcuffed and already bleeding, being beaten by the defendant officers.
