Complaint
Description: Defendant Officer Kazlas pointed a taser at Plaintiff and then proceeded to grab him, twist his arms behind his back, overly tightly handcuff him, escort him to the NYPD's 6th precinct, and imprison the Plaintiff in a holding cell. The Defendants then conspired to charge the Plaintiff for 140.10(a) ñ Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree and New York Penal Law ß 140.05 ñ Trespass. The criminal charges were ACD and all charges were subsequently dismissed and sealed.
