Description: On October 20, 2017, P.O.'s Jamie Brantmeyer, Emilio Rodrigues, Guydee Surpris, Kevin Lo, and Michael Lebloch approached plaintiff's vehicle and ordered him to exit. After searching plaintiff's vehicle and finding prescription medications, the officers handcuffed plaintiff, causing him extreme pain due to a recent surgery. Plaintiff requested medical treatment, but was denied assistance and transported to the 1st Precinct. The officers later conveyed fabricated allegations about plaintiff to prosecutors.

Description: incident 1: Plaintiff was sitting on a bench on the corner of Magenta Street in the Bronx smoking a tobacco cigarette. Defendants Marquez and Tucker approached him, ordered him to stand up, and proceeded to twist the plaintiff's arm behind his back and slammed him chest first into the bench.
