Description: On April 30, 2014, while lawfully present in her residence, plaintiff accidentally locker herself out of her apartment. Two doormen that disliked plaintiff called 911 falsely claiming that plaintiff was out of control, hallucinating, and possibly on drugs. Defendant officers arrived on scene and took plaintiff into custody. They then transported her to a nearby hospital against her will. At the hospital, defendants David and Discala falsified paperwork claiming to have examined plaintiff and falsely stating that she suffered from a behavioral disorder. Plaintiff was then medicated against her will. While at the hospital, plaintiff was struck in the face by a defendant hospital employee. She was released from th...
