Description: On December 14, 2015, the named defendant police officers unlawfully entered plaintiff's house without probable cause or a warrant. Officer Traver and others began viciously beating, choking and kicking plaintiff. This abuse and assault lasted for 15min. None of the officers present took any steps to intervene. Plaintiff was then falsely arrested and imprisoned. He was transported to the hospital and subjected to injections before being transferred to the precinct. All the false charges against plaintiff were summarily dismissed.

Carrado of the Nassau County D.A.'s Office when they failed to release him after not indicting him, and he spent an excess of 40 days incarcerated as a result.
