Description: First incident: While working as a painter inside of a residence, Defendant Officers burst into the residence and searched Plaintiff, arrested him, brought him to the precinct, took money from him, and did not vouch it. He was released from the precinct without being prosecuted. Second incident: Defendants followed plaintiff on his bicycle, driving so close to him that they knocked him off, causing his body to strike a parked vehicle and fall to the ground. Defendants drew their guns, forcefully arrested plaintiff, and took him to the hospital where he was given a leg brace. Next, defendants took plaintiff to the precinct, made him remove the brace, and did not document their collision with him.
