Description: On March 12, 2013, Plaintiffs were walking near their home, when two police officers, Lisaura Skladel and Sergeant Kevin Shanahan, stopped and questioned them on the street. The officers asked Plaintiffs where they were coming from and Plaintiffs responded that they were coming from their house.
