Description: On June 18, 2021, the Plaintiff (who was also pregnant during this incident) and her boyfriend were sleeping in their rented room in Manhattan. The Landowner had been wanting the two to move out, so she sent her two sons to attack the Plaintiff and boyfriend. The Plaintiff managed to escape the apartment and call 911, to which PO Lopezestevez, PO Robinson, and Lt. Figueiredo arrived. Upon arriving, the Landowner falsely claimed that it was the Plaintiff and her boyfriend that had attacked them.
