Description: On or about March 13, 2013, Plaintiff 1 was arrested at a subway by PO McCarthy, Boriskin, McCloud, Camille McSam, and John & Jane Does 1-4. When the officers arrested Plaintiff 1, they placed the handcuffs on so tightly that it caused extreme pain. Plaintiff 1 screamed in pain and immediately advised them of her pre-existing hand condition for which she was on several painkillers and had surgery scheduled.
