Description: Plaintiff saw his aunt at a crime scene and went to ask her what was going on. Defendant Officers then approached plaintiff, and told him to turn around and place his hand behind his back, and arrested him. Plaintiff was taken to the 23rd Precinct and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Reckless Endangerment, Assault, and Disorderly Conduct, which were later dismissed.
