Description: On September 23, 2013, Plaintiffs, who are all related, were staying over at one plaintiff's residence after a family get together. After their neighbor had a verbal altercation with one of the plaintiffs, officers arrived outside of the building. These officers include Wayne S. Forde, Robert Schierenbeck, Michael Raimo, Timothy Fox, Vincent Salerno, Robert Aasheim, William Stevens, and Patrick Graney. The officers kicked and banged on Plaintiffs' door, and threatened to break down the door.
