Description: On November 10, 2020, PO Larson arrested the plaintiff on a warrant from Supreme Court Ind. 1762/2020. On November 12, 2020, the plaintiff was taken to Rikers Island. He was held at Rikers without bail until November 23 because the Department of Corrections (DOC) failed to produce the plaintiff to Supreme Court to be arraigned. On November 23, 2020, DOC produced the plaintiff and bail was set at $15,000 cash and $100,000 bond. Plaintiff was released on bond on December 16, 2020. From November 12, 2020 to December 16, 2020, the plaintiff was treated inhumanely at Rikers.
