Description: On July 4, 2013, plaintiff was intoxicated in a clothes store and wielding a bike chain before a short time before plaintiff was robbed of his bike by some individuals. The officers directed plaintiff to drop the chain and before he could do so, Officer Augustine Gonzalez used excessive force to detain plaintiff and shot him in the stomach area. After being shot, plaintiff was maced in the face and repeatedly punched and kicked by Gonzalez and his partners.
