Description: On August 10, 2014, plaintiff was driving his car and was stopped by NYPD officers. Plaintiff provided identification and was subsequently given a summons for reckless driving and excessively tinted windows. When plaintiff was cleared to leave, the car wouldn't start again so he got out and inspected under the car's hood checking the battery. Two defendant officers asked if everything was alright. Defendant officer Weber Wesh ordered plaintiff to move the car. Plaintiff said defendant officers would have to wait as the light was red. Plaintiff was then put in handcuffs. After complaining the handcuffs were too tight, plaintiff was then thrown into the back of the police car and defendant officers slammed the do...
