Description: On December 20th, 2011, plaintiff Santia Arroyo was inside her apartment at 1735 Madison Avenue, Apt #4E, when Defendant NYPD officers Michael Vega and Wanda Perez entered in response to a 911 call of potential elder abuse. The NYC Criminal Court found on January 27, 2014, that the entry lacked probable cause, a warrant, or consent, and no emergency justified the entry, nor did the officers conduct any investigation prior to entry.
