Description: On June 4, 2020, NYPD officers arrived at a peaceful Black Lives Matter protest, where they corralled people, effected mass arrests without probably cause, and deployed pepper spray, batons, and other force against protesters. Upon observing the large police presence, Plaintiff spoke to detainees on her route home from the protest. Defendant NYPD Lieutenant Eric Konoski told Plaintiff that she could not cross the street to leave the area, despite Plaintiff explanation that she lived two blocks away. Defendant Konoski then needlessly, brutally, and otherwise unreasonably grabbed Plaintiff by her left time after Plaintiff continued to peacefully speak to him and Defendant continued to twist Plaintiff's arm behind...

Description: Officer Garcia approached Plaintiff while he was standing outside, asked him what he was drinking, to which Plaintiff stated tea, and then Officer Garcia ordered him against the wall.
