Description: Defendant officers warrantlessly entered Plaintiff's apartment, tightly handcuffed her, arrested her, and took her to a local precinct, where they falsely claimed she committed obstructing governmental admin. Plaintiff was then taken to the hospital for her wrist pain and then released from custody without ever being formally charged.
