Description: On April 16, 2019, plaintiff was walking when he was stopped by Lt. Eric Dym and Sgt. Natalie Bautista who demanded to search plaintiff. They took him to the precinct and searched him there, revealing nothing illicit. They issued plaintiff with a summons ticket alleging he'd engaged in disorderly conduct. Description: On December 14, 2019, Plaintiff was stopped by two plainclothes police officers while two other officers observed. These officers were some subset of: NYPD Officer Carlos Gomez, Officer Kelvis Rodriguez (resigned), Officer James Weck, Officer Jose Tejada, Lieutenant Eric Dym, and Police Sergeant Natalie Bautista.
