Description: On October 10, 2011, the Plaintiff, a Law Student at CUNY, and student body president, was acting as a Legal Observer as part of "National Lawyers Guild Legal Observer" providing support to demonstrators and arrestees. She was wrongly arrested for failure to show identification. Three months later at the court hearing, all charges were dropped by the DA.
