Description: On April 21, 2013, plaintiff Abraham Joseph and plaintiff Caroline Alvarez were approached at an intersection by an individual, whose last name is believed to be Heyliger-Vicente, who attempted to pull Ms. Alvarez from the vehicle against her will. The plaintiffs attempted to flee and, in doing so, Mr. Joseph sustained several severe injuries including a fractured right wrist.
