Complaint
Description: On October 4th, 2012, Plaintiff was in an "Operation Clean Halls" building as a guest of his then-girlfriend. He was questioned by NYPD officers including Francis Bryant. Despite explaining the situation and having done nothing wrong, he was searched, handcuffed, and arrested and his eye medication taken from him. They refused to knock on his girlfriend's door to verify his claim. The officers took him to the precinct and made false charges against him.
