Description: Plaintiff was outside his son's mother' s house waiting for her when he was approached by four men. Since there have been shooting in the area recently, he ran into the building and went up to his son's mother's house, as he approached the door, the men pushed him inside the apartment and assaulted him, sprayed him with pepper spray, and put him in a chokehold. Plaintiff was charged with poss. Of marijuana and resisting arrest, were later dismissed.
