Complaint
Description: On or about January 1, 2015, Plaintiff encountered PO Michael Nesto and one other unidentified officer. They told him to leave the area, and Plaintiff complied. As Plaintiff walked away, the officers violently pushed him to the ground, injuring his face, lips, and neck. PO Nesto jumped on top of Plaintiff and kneed him in the back. The officers then arrested Plaintiff for Resisting Arrest and other related crimes. Plaintiff has been falsely criminally charged with the aforementioned crimes because of this attack.
