Description: On May 30, 2020, plaintiff Jaklevic was struck by defendant NYPD officer Kevin Agro and another defendant officer on their bicycles near Union Square Park. An officer grabbed Jaklevic from behind, threw him into the air, and slammed him to the ground. Defendants then pulled Jaklevic’s left wrist, arm, and shoulder forcefully back and up his back at an unnatural angle, causing pain, and affixed flexicuffs in an excessively tight manner.
