Description: On July 29, 2017, plaintiff was unlawfully arrested, detained and imprisoned by defendant NYPD defendant officers Jose Cordero, Monolin Molina and Sergeant Jose Caban. Plaintiff was at a lobby entrance to a building in the Bronx when he saw Molina battering a third party, whereupon plaintiff began to video tape Molina and another unnamed officer. Molina attacked another bystander, punching him in the face, who was then arrested by Cordero. Plaintiff was arrested by defendant NYPD officers as a result of his videotaping of the incident. Defendant officers then falsified evidence to arrest, detain and prosecute plaintiff.
