Description: On December 16, 2019, Plaintiff was at 37 Winding Woods Loop in Staten Island when Defendant Officers viciously and without cause grabbed Plaintiff and pushed, pulled, struck, and violently handcuffed him. Plaintiff was verbally threatened to be arrested and hospitalized, and was in fact caused caused bodily harm and caused to be hospitalized, detained, and arrested.
