Description: On March 15, 2011, plaintiff Charmaine Dixon's infant son was arrested at his school and plaintiff went to the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx to be present during his questioning. At the precinct, plaintiff witnessed her son being punched in the face and pepper-sprayed while handcuffed, and as a result she screamed and asked the responsible offers why they were assaulting her son.
