Description: Defendant officer Louis pulled Plaintiff over on suspicion of him fleeing from the scene of an accident that morning, although Plaintiff had no involvement. Officer Louis then arrested Plaintiff for driving under the influence of alcohol and fleeing the accident. PO Henry and Sgt. Ferrano were the ones who claimed Plaintiff was involved in the accident. Plaintiff was found not guilty by a jury.
