Description: On November 6, 2016, Plaintiff was driving his car when Officers Aman Rana and several other unnamed officers approached him and conducted a traffic stop. They proceeded to search the car and Plaintiff with no warrant or consent. They arrested him on a violation of NY state law knowing that he did not commit an offense. They imprisoned him at the precinct. He was later subjected to a criminal charge which was terminated in his favor on the merits on August 14, 2017.
