Description: On June 9, 2013 plaintiffs Joseph Colon and Migdalia Ramirez arrived in Manhattan with other family members, to watch the Puerto Rican Day Parade. After the parade ended the plaintiffs were walking across a crosswalk when defendant doe no. 1 shoved plaintiff Colon in the back and told him to "get the fuck out of the street" and then further "you heard me, You fucking spic. Hurry up and get out of the street". Then defendant doe no. 2 ripped a Puerto Rican flag out of plaintiff Colon's hand. Doe 1 and 2 then threw Colon face first onto the sidewalk. Doe 1 planted his knee into Colon's upper back while doe 2 pepper sprayed plaintiff seven or eight times and repeatedly struck the plaintiffs right side with a baton...
