Description: The plaintiff retrieved his uncle's prescription pain medicine and cashed a check for him on the day of the incident. Then he met his uncle in the lobby of his uncle's residence and when he went to hand him the pills and cash the defendant officers, who likely followed the plaintiff, stopped him and pinned him to the ground giving the plaintiff no moment to explain. The defendant officers hit the plaintiff and then tased him. The plaintiff was transported to the hospital followed by the 26th Precinct. The charges were not specified in the complaint, but they were dismissed.
