Description: On November 14, 2017, Mr. Brown witnessed a fight between his friend and another individual. He attempted to intervene to help his friend when the other individual looked as though he were reaching for a gun. Mr. Brown punched the man to prevent him from grabbing a weapon. He left the establishment for a bit after the fight.
About an hour later, Mr. Brown returned to the establishment where the fight took place and the bouncers called the police. The police arrested Mr. Brown, confiscated about $4000 in cash, and charged him with second-degree robbery for allegedly stealing from the man he fought with.
