Description: Plaintiff was approached while walking on the street with her friend when she was stopped and seized. Defendant Officers were rude and hostile to Plaintiff from the outset and refused to tell Plaintiff why she was stopped. Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to a local precinct, where she was handcuffed to a pole for approximately seven hours. When Plaintiff asked to use a bathroom, her requests were denied. Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking where she remained in a roach infested cell, wearing urine-soaked clothes. Plaintiff was charged with false unspecified charges that were eventually dismissed.
