Description: On May 31, 2013, Plaintiff Kory Brown was stopped by police officers while riding a motor bike in kings county for allegedly wearing his helmet in an unlawful manner. After a disagreement over the reasoning behind the stop, plaintiff objected to unlawful search and was then arrested. Plaintiff threatened to sue police officers Kevin Agro and Oliver Balena once they were at the station, and then the officers assaulted and battered him, made false statements such that Plaintiff was charged with assault on a police officer. Charges would eventually be dismissed.
