Description: On September 29, 2012, at approximately 2:00 a.m., in Brooklyn, New York, plaintiffs Joan, Mark, and Shane Morris experienced a violent home invasion by NYPD officers, including Police Officers Antoine Bert, Iliana Feliz, "John" Walter, and "Jane" Smith. Without probable cause or a warrant, the officers broke into their home with their guns drawn, forcibly pushed over Mark Morris, who is paralyzed and wheelchair-bound, then grabbed Shane Morris by the collar and dragged him to the bottom of the handicap ramp outside the home and arrested him.
