Description: On March 31st 2014, Plaintiff was stopped by defendant officers while visiting a friend at her residence. Plaintiff was handcuffed and held for 15 minutes until he was released. The next day, Plaintiff was again stopped by the same officers, arrested, taken to the 40th Precinct, and charged with trespassing. Charges were later dismissed.
