Description: On June 3, 2018 at approximately 11:00 PM, defendant police officers Licata, Hinton, Tibbal, Torres, and Tulovic unlawfully entered the plaintiff's home at 127 West 135th St., Apt. 6B in Manhattan. At the time of the entry, plaintiff was in her bedroom in her pajamas mourning the death of her teenage niece who had been killed in a shooting in the Bronx. The defendants informed plaintiff that she was under arrest for illegally evicting her husband, Darnell Dover. Plaintiff's husband was actually home that night and informed officers that he had not been illegally evicted by his wife. Nevertheless, the defendants insisted on arresting the plaintiff.
