Description: On April 26, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street. Several members of the NYPD, including Defendants Detective Joseph Scialabba, Sergeant Aaron Edwards, Detective Jerry Wolvers, and Detective William Miller, ran toward Plaintiff.
