Description: On May 29, 2014, plaintiff left his house in the evening after coming home from work as a result of a verbal dispute with his wife. As plaintiff walked near his home, he was pulled from behind by defendant POs Andres and Baker. Defendant POs assaulted plaintiff, throwing him to the ground and striking and kicking his face and body. Other defendant POs that were present (John Does 1-5) failed to intervene and even took part in the beating. Plaintiff was handcuffed and transported to Queens Hospital where defendant POs falsely informed EMT and medical personnel at the hospital that plaintiff was on "strange drugs" and "suicidal."
