Description: Defendant Officers sawed open Plaintiff's home door, pushed Plaintiff and family members on the ground and yelled offensive language. Plaintiff was handcuffed excessively tight and forced into a police van wearing nightclothes. Officers drove around for hours, including stopping for breakfast, while Plaintiffs were in van. Plaintiff was illegally strip searched. Plaintiff's house was ransacked and property, including cash and clothes, was never returned. Charges were dismissed because Officer Glover failed to appear in court.
