Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was standing outside a nightclub when defendant officers pushed him and told him to disperse. Plaintiff walked across the street and began filming the officers actions when they tackled him to the ground. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to a precinct, and charged with disorderly conduct which was later dismissed. When Plaintiff's property was returned, the cell phone he used to record the police was missing.

Description: Plaintiffs were in a residence when Defendant Officers entered the location. The defendants then searched the premises and proceeded to handcuff and arrest 17 individuals, including the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were charged with marijuana possession, but all charges were eventually dismissed.
