Description: On November 1, 2016, Plaintiff was at a Subway station with a friend, when suddenly PO Tulejo Camejo and Sergeant Garfield Edmonds and Police Officers John Does 1-10, approached and grabbed plaintiff in an excessively forceful manner, and stopped, questioned, and frisked plaintiff for no apparent reason. Plaintiff was then handcuffed and arrested.
