Description: On July 6, 2013, Plaintiff Kevon Attzs was beaten by police officers Brian Montross, Joseph Zella, Daniel Defrancesco, Hector Martinez, George Alexander and an officer with the last name of Hall, with no first name available. Plaintiff alleges this beating has something to do with some interaction with a white woman who is alleged to be a prostitute, and that the officers used racial slurs against Plaintiff and told him to stay away from white women. Plaintiff additionally alleges medical malpractice by treating physicians from injuries sustained in the attack.
