Description: On January 14, 2017, Mr. Phillip Jean-Laurent was stopped at a subway station by Officers Jason Nunez, Steven Parker, Jarrett Aiken, and Michael Esposito. The officers inspected a utility knife clipped to Mr. Jean-Laurent's pocket and asked for ID. Mr. Jean-Laurent protested the stop, then the officers arrested Mr. Jean-Laurent. Mr. Jean-Laurent was charged with possession of marijuana, these charges were dismissed.
