Description: Defendant Officer Gonzalez took the Plaintiff from the precinct to the Manhattan Court. Plaintiff asked to go the female bathroom, but Defendant Officer Gonzalez took Plaintiff to the male bathroom instead. While in the bathroom, Defendant Officer Gonzalez groped the Plaintiff and, after Plaintiff splashed hand-sanitizer in his eyes, the two fought in the bathroom.
