A 911 call was made by plaintiffs grandfather over a verbal dispute Between Plaintiff Shayna Pantojas and Tyheem Rhodes . The defendant officers arrived, knocked on the door and asked to speak to plaintiff Tyheem Rhodes and asked him to step out outside . The plaintiff declined the officers request to step outside , in result the officers physically pulled the plaintiff Tyheem Rhodes outside .
